The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe is currently seeking a part- time, experienced Bartender to join our upbeat F & B team. Must be available Thursday thru Sunday, 2:00 pm to close (roughly 10:00pm)
Job description: The Bartenders are responsible for preparing cocktail orders for members, their guests, and service staff of all outlets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn the philosophy of The Bridges.
Understands “Standards of Service” and “Sequence of Service”
Know the operating hours of all Food and Beverage outlets.
Build positive relationships and rapport with club members, learn individual preferences.
Complete opening side work.
Become familiar with our liquors, beers, wines, and drink recipes, including non-alcoholic.
Prepare and serve drinks while practicing health and safety standards.
Prepare drink orders received from servers.
Retrieve wines.
Make coffee drinks.
Complete closing side work
Take monthly inventory
*Food handlers and RBS certification required.

The club is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, approximately 20 minutes north of San Diego.
