Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cart Staff/Outside Operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the member and guest experience by providing exceptional service and support during events and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, managing cart services, maintaining the practice facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide assistance with inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Operate and manage cart services efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of items to guests.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by interacting with members and guests, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Being a self starter is a must.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for members and guests!

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
