Responsibilities

- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper practices are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience using POS systems, especially Square.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
