The Lead Mental Health Associate oversees all MHAs within the facility including training, staff selection, environment of care review, treatment components, group fidelity responsibility, patient observation audit, etc.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
1. Current CPR/BLS and Handle with Care certifications, or must obtain within three (3) weeks of date of hire.
2. Associate degree or educational equivalent provided by college transcript or high school diploma/GED with two (2) years of psychiatric/equivalent experience.
3. Supervisory or management experience required or satisfactory work record as a Mental Health Associate I, II, and III.
4. Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs .
