Offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by Quality of Life
Specialists. Administers medications, performs treatments and procedures, obtains specimens as needed,
obtains physician’s orders, completes assessments as delegated by the DOHS and completes
documentation as required.
