What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant position at The Briggs Companies?
The Briggs Companies is currently looking for a full-time leasing agent/administrative assistant.
In this roll you would directly with the Property Management division to facilitate the opening of the new properties and managing current properties. Duties include; advertising units, tenant screening, managing each property by addressing tenant requests, coordinating maintenance repairs with the maintenance manager, and enforcing rules of occupancy.
You MUST have Property Management & or Real Estate Experience, be organized, very detailed, and able to multitask and shift gears as the position demands. We work in a fast-paced work environment with many responsibilities, but also in an environment that is relaxed and fun! Must be very proficient with computers and technology.
