The Brightpointe by PureHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term post-acute care facility. As the Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare administration.
Supervise and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with medical staff to create individualized care plans for patients.
Monitor and assess facility performance through quality metrics and data analysis.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the community.
Oversee the facility’s financial performance, including managing budgets, ensuring accurate billing, and achieving profitability goals.
Requirements :
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in post-acute, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to post-acute care.
Proven leadership and staff management experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
Previous experience in a short-term or rehabilitation care setting.
