About the Job
The Brink's Company is seeking a National Business Development Manager - Digital Retail Solutions to join our team. Located at our Canadian Head Office in Etobicoke, this role reports directly to the VP of Digital Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive for Results: Exceed goals and push self and others for results by delivering conversion and DRS results to budget through disciplined sales cycle management.
- Project Manage Conversions: Lead 400 accounts through structured cadence from prospect to compliance to contracting to onboarding while working closely with account sales managers to develop and execute conversion account value proposition (ROI analysis).
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with CA and FA teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implement contingency plans for gaps to budget.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions at a premium in a price-sensitive industry.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
