Admissions Coordinator
The Bristol at Tampa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Admissions Coordinator to join our ever-growing team.
Duties Include:
- Conduct tours of the facility to prospective residents and/or family members.
- Complete the admissions packet and necessary documentation for every admission
- Receive all inquiries regarding prospective residents from health care facilities and private individuals to determine an admission date or to schedule an appointment.
- Inform necessary departments of the arrival of new residents and coordinate the admission process as outlined in the facility policy.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Some business and marketing training is preferred
- Be personable with residents, families, and staff in a professional and cooperative manner
- Good organizational, planning, and marketing skills
- Knowledge of hospital discharge planning and policies as it relates to the long term care population.
