What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server (Breakfast) position at The Bristol Hotel?
The Bristol Hotel in Downtown Bristol has openings in Food and Beverage for Breakfast & Lunch Servers. Must be available on weekends.
The restaurant server interacts with all guests and ensures they have a great experience when dining. The server is to ensure that each guest has a positive dining experience from start to finish and that all expectations are exceeded and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred
- Prior guest relations training
- Knowledge of proper food handling
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management to their understanding
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- Positive upbeat attitude/personality
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision
- Punctuality and reliable attendance are required
- Experience working with POS (Toast) and reservation software (Open Table)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
