About the role : The Health & Safety Owner's Representative will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards on client construction projects. Acting as the liaison between the client and the General Contractor (GC), this role will monitor work activities, document non-compliance, and collaborate with both teams to resolve any safety issues. The individual will also support the client's safety initiatives, assist in the review of safety documents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety practices on site.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the client's Owner's Representative for health & safety throughout the construction process.
- Observe all work activities to ensure compliance with :
Applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
Providing clarity and answering any questions from the client or GC teams.

The salary for this position can range from $80,000 - $111,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
