Responsibilities
- Support recreational therapy programs that enhance residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to provide updates on care plans.
- Participate in event planning to create engaging activities for residents.
- Provide compassionate support to individuals with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care strategies.
