We are seeking a dedicated Director of Environmental Services to join our team at The Brixton at Horseshoe Bay. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental services within our facility, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Environmental Services team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols that comply with health regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Oversee waste management processes, ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules that minimize disruption to resident care.
- Train staff on best practices for cleaning, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Stay updated on OSHA regulations and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
