We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to support an RFP process with Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) for the replacement of their existing badging system. The consultant will play a key role in assessing solutions, contributing to vendor selection, and driving implementation planning.
Responsibilities :
- Support the assessment phase, evaluating badging system solutions for LAX.
- Provide expertise in security badging systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize an outdated, manual badging process with strict regulatory and security implications.
- Assist in vendor selection and contribute to the development of an implementation roadmap.
- Leverage experience from other major US airports (e.g., SFO, ATL, JFK, DFW, ORD) to inform best practices and drive operational improvements.
