- Software Development: Design and develop software and web applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Technologies, .NET framework, C# .NET, and JavaScript.
- API & Agile Development: Lead API development, Agile Software Development, and code reviews.
- Dynamics 365 Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365, utilizing MS Dynamics 365 certification.
- Project Management: Oversee the full development lifecycle from design to testing, including new programs, enhancements, and modifications using SSIS, HTML, MS SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing and ensure software quality.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a ubject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM architecture and development.
- Software Lifecycle & Implementation: Guide teams in identifying product and technical requirements while implementing software development best practices.
- Software Releases & Updates: Organize and manage software updates, ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Performance & Reporting: Establish performance metrics, manage deliverables within deadlines, and prepare reports to track project success.
- 7 years of experience in Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Working with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Technologies, .NET framework, C# .NET, and JavaScript.
