Job Title: Cloud Network Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH or St. Petersburg FL
Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Hire Position)
Note:
Must work 8-5 PST with on-call support in rotation
JD:
- As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfilment and Assurance. Manage back-office system data records.
- Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Cloud Network Operations is required.
- Expert proficiency in Cisco Nexus Switches is recommended.
- Data Center Networking Technologies Operations with Expert proficiency, Technology Architecture Implementation with Expert proficiency, and Juniper Router with Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
- Develop and implement network optimization strategies to enhance performance
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements
- Lead network infrastructure projects to meet business objectives
