Job Title: Service Management Practioner
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Roles & Responsibilities:
Individual will be responsible for the development of Predictive Intelligence with the Incident Module in ServiceNow.
This involves gathering the requirements, training the models in lower ServiceNow environments (test, train) for testing and proof of concept, and moving models to production.
Individual will also be responsible for documenting the process via a reference guide.
