Job Details
Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Cincinnati or St. Petersburg
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Must work 8-5 PST with on-call support in rotation
3 days onsite in either St. Petersburg or Cincinnati
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Performance & Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the technology system's performance and reliability to meet service level targets. Assists with the creation and deploys continuous performance and capacity models using performance and availability monitoring tools, processes, and techniques. Collaborates with the Technology and Enterprise Architects for the selection and design of run-time and DevOps technologies. Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SRE Observability is required. Master level of proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is recommended. Expert proficiency in Performance Monitoring, Master proficiency in Performance & Scalability Design, Expert proficiency in New Relic, and Expert proficiency in Grafana are suggested.
