Job Title : Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Pay Rate : $21.00 - $23.00 / hr
Job Summary :

As a member of the accounting team, this position will compile and maintain accounts payable records.

What you will be doing :
- Verifies and matches invoices, receiving records and purchase orders.
- Verifies general ledger coding or assigns appropriate coding when necessary.
- Posts invoices through computer systems.
- Prepares payment batches daily.
- Answers all vendor inquiries and work closely to solve any invoice problems.
- Reconciles vendor statements.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Trouble shoots problems involving receivers and invoices.
- Sorts mail daily and distributes to appropriate Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Works with Internal departments to get invoices approved and coded.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
