Job Pay Range: $20.00-$41.00 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate service charge*
$20.00-41.00 per hour based on: $6.00 per hour base wage service charge commission paid per shift; historically, this position averages service charge commission earnings of $14.00-35.00 per hour. Service charges are commissions and will fluctuate based on events and time of year.
This position always earns at least the current Colorado minimum wage $14.81.

What you will be doing:
- Oversees all aspects of a variety of Banquets function across all meal periods, including meeting, reception, buffet and plated meal services.
- Oversees Banquet Bar functions.
- Adjusts complaints regarding beverages or service.
- Trains and monitors Banquet Bartender employees for proper service.
- Trains and monitors Banquet employees for proper service.
- Work closely with Catering Managers to ensure complete instructions for each function.
- Assists waitstaff in retrieving items from the kitchen and bar, serving when necessary.
- Adjusts complaints regarding food or service.
- Ensure station and side-work are complete prior to staff leaving.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Certification:
- Current TIPS certification or completion of TIPS certification through the Broadmoor.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds.
