Job Title: Nigh Cleaner Steward
Job Pay Range: $15.00 /hr.

Job Summary:

As a member of the Stewarding team, you will be working in one of our diverse, fast-paced kitchens. The Stewarding Team is the backbone of our world-class Culinary Operation. Supporting our talented Chefs, our Stewards provide impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of our kitchens.

What you will be doing:

• Clean ovens, grills, stoves, broilers and other cooking equipment with brushes, scrapers and chemical solutions.
• Clean floors, walls and ceilings with power washer, mops and other equipment.
• Clean all tables, kettles, cutting boards, garbage pails and kitchen mats.
• Clean service elevators, loading docks and dumpster areas.
• Work in other Broadmoor outlets with same essential functions as needed
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Ideal candidate will have previous experience with providing exceptional customer service
• The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
