Pay Rate: $18.00 /hr

As a member of the Seven Falls team, the Seasonal Supervisor position will work together with the Park Manager, along with fellow Park Supervisors and employees to enhance and maximize the Seven Falls Guest experience. Performs responsibilities in conjunction with fellow Park Supervisors along with Park Attendants and Park Shuttle Drivers to achieve a safe, successful and profitable day to day operation.

What you will be doing:

• Has a smile with a welcoming and positive attitude that supports the philosophy of a Broadmoor owned property.
• Consistently provides a high level of service and attentiveness to all guests, external and internal.
• Provides staff and guest feedback to Seven Falls Park Manager in a timely and detailed manner.
• Ensures appropriately trained and sufficient staffing at all stations within the Park along with all off-site parking / shuttle locations.
• Maintains cleanliness and accessibility throughout the property including inside and around buildings, restrooms, trails, stairways, roads/walkways, waterfalls and stream, assists with snow removal.
• Reports and addresses appropriately any Park maintenance needs to Park Manager.
• Assists with ticket sales and oversight of the online Rocket Rez ticketing system as well as the on-property Ticket Booth.
• Will drive Park Shuttle busses and/or vans and Park Trams on an “as-needed” basis.
• Assists fellow staff with retail sales, inventory and stocking, along with food truck sales as needed.
• Will assist Broadmoor Maintenance and Grounds teams, along with Park Manager in operational functions such as water testing, trail maintenance, and Park maintenance and cleaning.
• In conjunction with Park Manager and other Park Supervisors, provides a daily report of Park operations, pertinent information and appropriate data to Broadmoor Executive Management.
• Ensures and maintains positive and efficient staff interaction with guests and fellow employees.
• Updates Park staff and all daily Park guests regarding any changes in Park policy and procedures, such as weather-related issues, closing early, guest safety protocols and other items as necessary
• Able to confidently comply with and enact all Seven Falls emergency procedures as necessary.
• Follows through on all guest needs and requests in a timely manner. Report any notable guest needs/requests to other Park Supervisors and/or Park Manager as appropriate.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• All other duties assigned by Park Supervisors or Director of Operations

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree, preferably with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant environment a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License preferred in order to assist with driving shuttles or transporting guests as needed.
• Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. with assistance) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
