Here We GROW Again - The Broken Yolk Cafe is expanding to the Summerlin area opening up a Brand New Location! THE BEST PART IS WE CLOSE AT 2PM M-F AND 3PM ON THE WEEKENDS!!!!

Timeline for this opening is:

Interviews Dates: Feb 3rd to Feb 15th

Training Dates: Feb 15th to March 1

Grand Opening: March 3rd

We are hiring multiple Expos both full and part time. Full time will range between 30-40 hours per week on average. Base pay of $12 per hour plus tips.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Expo - Back of House. As an Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by coordinating food preparation and delivery. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Coordinate food preparation and delivery between the kitchen and front of house staff
- Ensure that all food items are properly plated, garnished, and presented according to established standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure smooth flow of orders and timely service
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding food orders or special requests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in the handling and storage of food

Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
