Principle Responsibilities: Salaried & Hourly payroll Accounts Receivable
Principle Duties:
Prepare weekly salaried and hourly payrolls using Paylocity
Maintain personnel files
Process terminating/retiring employees
Process payroll driven Union benefits
Prepare federal and state reports
Prepare and process daily A/R deposits
Daily Customer Invoicing
Maintain A/R Files
Backup for reception area
Accept special projects and other duties as assigned
Scope & Impact: Responsible for accuracy of all payroll and A/R activities
Min Education Required: Associate degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience
Skills/Job Requirements:
Proficiency in math.
Computer literacy – experience with Microsoft Office and Sage 50.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in position of similar responsibility.
Time management and multi-tasking skills.
Good communication skills – including fluency in written and oral English.
People skills – Ability to work well with others.
Flexible hours - available for overtime as needed.
