Intake Coordinator (PRN)

Responsibilities

The Brook Hospital Dupont located at 1405 Browns Lane is currently seeking a  PRN Evaluation and Referral Coordinator/Intake Coordinator - DAYS to join our team.

Job Duties

The purpose of this position is to answer all incoming intake calls and in-person clients and provide appropriate resolution.  This position requires a person to work with minimal supervision.  This position will work with all hospital units, business office, medical staff, medical records, utilization review, marketing, nursing, and data processing.

• Conducts initial evaluations to determine an appropriate treatment level of care.
• Responsible for completing admission paperwork, including admission data entry.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences is requred for this position

Salary : $47,100 - $59,600
