Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed, including floor care and industrial cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing housekeeping duties to ensure a safe environment for all.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in housekeeping management.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
