The primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to manage the successful delivery of our client engagements, driving a seamless experience from kickoff to delivery, while demonstrating positivity, flexibility, customer focus, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
The Project Manager Will :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and contractors associated with The Brooks Group’s program delivery.
- Deliver attentive communication and top tier service to client accounts, fostering excitement, confidence, and trust in The Brooks Group.
- Project manage the details of delivery for client contracts of varying types and complexities. Expertly oversee and confirm program logistics, including attendee lists, location set-up, audio-visual requirements, printing and shipping of materials, translation, etc.
- Ensure alignment between with The Brooks Group sellers, graphic and instructional designers, and program facilitators to successfully meet client objectives.
- Schedule internal team and client calls, ensuring a streamlined communication cadence and clear and actionable agendas.
- Customize email and presentation templates to accurately reflect client realities and scope detail and to foster understanding and responsiveness.
- Provide strong call leadership, clearly and confidently articulating program logistics, timeline, dependencies, and next steps.
- Maintain and reconcile facilitator schedules for field visits, client calls, training events, coaching, etc. Organize and facilitate their travel details.
- Accurately enter, order, track, and share project priorities, scope, and activity in CRM.
- Ensure deliverables meet scope specifications, strategic priorities, and deadlines.
- Ensure successful quality control of materials before printing and delivery.
- Work closely with the sellers and delivery teams to quickly and effectively resolve program conflicts and obstacles as they arise.
- Play a supporting role to the Director of Client Experience.
- Develop a holistic understanding of The Brooks Group’s products and deliverables and the dependencies at play.
- Quickly adapt to a changing work environment and client expectations, seeking pathways that strengthen team and client partnership.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within cross‐functional teams to achieve results.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new hires on processes, platforms, and products.
Job Qualifications
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
