Job Overview:
Join our team at The Brookwood Community as the Store General Manager where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Our flagship store is known for delivering excellent customer service in a beautiful boutique retail space. Our store showcases Citizen made items, home decor, kitchen goods, clothing, and a western hat bar. As the Store General Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, leading sales efforts, recruiting and training staff, overseeing shift management, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintain an attractive store presentation. You are also responsible for fostering the GODRICH core values and providing an amazing customer service experience where the general public learns more about our amazing Citizens, Adults with Disabilities, and all they achieve.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during all hours of operation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize store efficiency and profitability.

- Proven experience in managing a retail store or similar environment.
