The Brookwood Community is currently hiring a Work Program Supervisor. This position involves teaching adults with disabilities to develop artistic and manual skills in our Craft and Horticulture workshops by using adaptive teaching techniques and methods of instruction. The Work Program provides meaningful opportunities that enhance our Citizen’s sense of independence and self-worth while achieving production goals. If you have a four year degree in psychology, sociology, special education or a related field, or 2 years of experience with adults with disabilities and possess a sincere desire to enrich the lives of others, then this may be the opportunity for you.
