What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Gutter Installer position at The Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Austin?

This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or previous Gutter Installation experience and knowledge of working with sheet metal.
A positive attitude and the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees is a must. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements:
- Three years of experience in skilled carpentry and/or Gutter installation experience
- For this position, it is important that you are fluent in English.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Interest in growing with the company
- Willingness to work overtime
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
Compensation: Hourly Position ($25-00 - $37.50 ) -- Salary commensurate with experience
Required experience:
- Gutters: 3 years
- Carpentry: 2 years
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
