Position Summary:
You are responsible for overseeing all field operations and the profitability of the field. Operations from trucks, shop, building, meetings and standards to revenue, revenue per hour, material, payroll and gross profit. You will need to forecast hiring needs, fill hiring needs, ensure all field personnel is trained and safe. You will ensure the best schedules for installation are being made, using the right teams, ensuring they have all they need to get the job done. You will be the liaison between sales, installation, marketing, the GM and owners. It’s your responsibility to ensure the entire production and field operation is following the franchise guidelines. Every truck, person, shop or item we own needs to be clean and upholding the brand and cleanliness standards of the franchise.
Efficient, consistent & predictable: You remove all obstacles for your team to ensure they get the gutters on the house efficiently and with the highest standards of quality.
