Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Support the smooth operation of the establishment by cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs.
