Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring that all front-of-house operations run smoothly, providing exceptional service in various positions such as Busser, Host/Hostess, Cashier, Salad, Server, and Bartender
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, including dietary options.
- Ensure that tables are set up properly before service and cleaned promptly after guests depart.
- Support the food preparation team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist in banquet setups and breakdowns as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to serving food and beverages.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $5.35 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
