What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at The Brown Firm, LLC?
The Brown Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our staff as a highly valued Intake Specialist.
A successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
- 1 years working for a Personal Injury Law Firm or similar work history.
- Minimum of an associates degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be generally tech-capable with proven efficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong preference given to candidates who possess efficiency with Lead Docket and/or Filevine
- Must be able to regularly express genuine empathy and grace
- Must be able to work with deadlines
- Must be attentive to details and possess strong organization skills
- Must be able to work independently and assist in hitting team goals
- Proofreading and Writing Skills are essential
- Data entry proficiency will be subject to testing prior to hire
Base pay plus individual and team-level bonuses.
