Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Associate to be the face of our office. This individual will greet guests, manage phone calls, assist with basic administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and document handling
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting room setup
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support general office needs
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
