What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Server/Bartender (Part-time) position at The Brown Hotel?
For this position some prior banquet or full-service restaurant experience is required. This is an excellent position for part-time candidates available to work weekends.
Shifts available include early mornings and evenings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a professional appearance. Some essential functions of this position include but are not limited to knowledge of table/ room sets, knowledge of cocktails, food and wine. Must have a passion for exceeding guest expectations and a commitment to providing high quality Four-Diamond guest service.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Position requires some carrying or lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds along with frequent bending and stooping. Must be experienced in proper handling of food objects, plates, trays, and glasses according to health regulations as well as the responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
