What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Office Manager position at The Brown Hotel?
This is a hands-on position that will manage in our Guest Services Department including Front Desk, Reservations and Bell Services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily direction of staff organizing work assignments and conducting pre-shift meetings, maintaining profitability, ensuring and demonstrating exceptional guest service standards and attention to detail.
The right candidate will be a poised and organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with hotel guests and staff to create an exceptional experience. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
This is a position for a candidate with prior supervisory or management experience in an upscale full-service hotel.
Must have a well-polished professional appearance, exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to stand for long periods of time, work in a fast paced environment, must be organized and detailed oriented.
Experience with the Opera PMS is a plus.
