What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Restaurant Server (Part-time) position at The Brown Hotel?
The part-time position are available in our Lobby Bar & Grill (shifts until as late as 12AM), must be available to work weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a professional appearance. Some essential functions include but are not limited to knowledge of table etiquette, food and cocktails. Must have a passion for exceeding guest expectations and a commitment to providing high quality guest service.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Must have experience in upscale full-service dining and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Must be experienced in proper handling of food objects, plates, trays, and glasses according to health regulations as well as the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Position requires some carrying or lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds along with frequent bending and stooping.
