Director of Food & Beverage
Highgate Hotels is a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company. We are seeking a skilled Director of Food & Beverage to oversee our property's food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all F&B personnel, ensuring high quality products and service levels.
- Maintain revenue and payroll budgets, while meeting productivity goals.
- Market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, and stay competitive in the industry.
- Monitor industry trends and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
- Work with the Executive Committee to address F&B issues and keep them informed of departmental performance.
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Organize and conduct department meetings, focusing on quality of service and product.
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations, and SOPs.
- Train department heads on SOPs, report preparation, and technical job tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- Proficiency in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: Salary range: $80,000.00/yr - 100,000.00/yr, with bonus potential.
