As our Director of Food and Beverage Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary services, from menu planning to food preparation. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction
- Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service standards

Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a leadership role within food and beverage operations
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
