Job description
Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating with customers, processing orders, sending invoices and receptionist support to ensure efficient operation of office. Supports Managers through a variety of tasks related to communication and organization. The ability to effectively communicate via email and phone ensuring all administrative duties are completed with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct multi line phone system
- Provide general receptionist support to visitors
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies within budget
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor all orders and invoices
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, tracking etc.
- Reply to email and telephone inquiries
- Receive, sort and distribute mail
- Provide clerical support on behalf of other colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years administrative and/or customer service experience
- Some knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
