As an attorney, you will engage directly with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassionate empathy that fosters trust, confidence, and respect. You will also provide regular updates to clients and liaise with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, you should be prepared to take cases to trial if necessary. Each attorney will have the opportunity to lead their own dedicated team of case managers and paralegals, further enhancing the collaborative environment of our firm.

Overview of Responsibilities :
As an attorney specializing in personal injury matters, you will manage a diverse caseload while leading a dedicated team of paralegals and case managers to ensure timely processing and strict adherence to all legal deadlines. You will represent clients during negotiations, striving to secure the best possible outcomes for their personal injury claims.
Chief Responsibilities :
- Medical case review.
- Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage or litigation stages.
- Review policies, claims and other records.
- Prepare, write, and argue legal documents, including but not limited to memos, theory of liability and demands.
- Communicate with insurance companies and make sure client medical treatment is managed and billed accordingly.
- Communicate with clients to provide case status update.
- Conduct intake meetings with new clients.
- Manage docket of cases according to office policy.
- Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements.
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
