We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our esteemed law firm, specializing in representing clients who have suffered due to negligence or wrongful conduct. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of personal injury law and a proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution. The Litigation Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities

-Manage a caseload of personal injury matters AND a Team of Paralegals, ensuring timely progress and adherence to all legal deadlines.

-Represent clients in court and during negotiations to secure the best possible outcomes for their personal injury claims.

-Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, evidence-based cases for litigation.

-Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests pertinent to personal injury cases.

- Negotiate and settle cases during pre-litigation and litigation stages.

- Review policies, claims, and other related records to develop case strategies.

-Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.

-Collaborate with medical professionals and expert witnesses to support case theories and strengthen arguments presented in court.

- Conducted comprehensive medical case reviews and prepared the necessary documentation.

- Communicate with clients and insurance companies to manage medical treatment and billing.

-Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns regarding their cases.

Requirements

-Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

-Active and valid state bar license to practice law in the jurisdiction of the state of Ohio.

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, specifically in personal injury law.

-Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation cases with a strong track record of success in court.

-Exceptional analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey legal concepts to clients and stakeholders.

-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients professionally and assertively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft legal documents effectively.

- Proficient in negotiating and managing legal cases with a strong focus on client communication.

- High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
