What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and grow our current individual donor list while expanding our donor portfolio through prospective research and acquisition.
- Assess current donor and prospect portfolio and makes recommendations on move management to retain current donors, recapture lapsed donors and move prospects to supporters.
- Research prospects who align with the organization’s mission and have the capacity to become donors.
- Approach qualified donors to request gifts, effectively articulates the organization’s mission, impact, and fundraising needs.
- Nurture relationships with donors after they have made a gift, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction.

Who you are:
- You preferably have a bachelor’s degree; relevant equivalent experience required.
- You have three years of fundraising experience; five years of experience for applicants without a bachelor’s degree.
- You have experience with CRM databases, including Raiser’s Edge NXT.
- You have an active driver’s license.
