What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Improvement Manager position at The Buckeye Ranch?
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to join our Quality Improvement department. The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible to identify, analyze, and interpret agency policies and procedures and to make recommendations to improve quality and efficiencies in the organization. The PQI Manager will assist in the development and coordination of activities related to the quality and compliance of documented services provided by TBR programs and compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.

What youll do:
- Serve as the QI representative on committees as assigned/requested.
- Assist or take the lead role in the development of clinical quality improvement plans.
- Regularly provide training and guidance for team members.
- Effectively work with cross functional teams to identify and implement solutions that support quality improvements or growth.
- Complete or support continuous quality reviews and monitoring of pertinent data and procedures as needed for contracts, licensure, accreditation, etc.
- Act as the QI representative monitoring clinical compliance for OMHAS, Medicaid and other oversight bodies requirements.
- Participate in oversight activities such as OMHAS, ODJFS, Joint Commission and Medicaid as needed/directed by the Director of QI.
- Work to maintain compliance with HIPPA.

Who you are:
- You have a masters degree in social work, or counseling.
- You have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT.
- You preferably have previous clinical or QI experience.
- You have a driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
