The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Utilization Coordinator to join our Community Based and Education departments. The Utilization Coordinator ensures that The Buckeye Ranch maintains a customer service focus for families, referral sources, and internal staff from inquiry to entry to discharge. This position works closely with the Utilization Manager and other department leaders to ensure compliance with data reporting, analysis, outcomes, and reviews to ensure quality and fidelity of care and services for youth and families being served. The Utilization Coordinator focuses on utilization of data and outcomes to ensure efficiency and quality initiatives.

Schedule: Part-time, Non-Exempt (8am - 4pm, Three days per week)

Schedule: Part-time, Non-Exempt (8am - 4pm, Three days per week)
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday preferred. Some flexibility
- Verify Medicaid on referrals to the Ranch.
- Verify Medicaid eligibility and make changes in SmartCare as needed.
- Maintain waiting list data for program staff, clients, and referral sources through timely and consistent written and verbal communication.
- Reception and front desk coverage as needed.
- Receives incoming referrals from referral sources. Tracks all referrals and sends all information to assign TBR programs treatment team.
- Maintain expertise in all department systems, expert utilization of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain Electronic Health Records.

Who you are:
- You have a high school diploma, or GED.
- You have at least two years of relevant admin experience.
- You have worked with EHR systems and databases.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
