The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Utilization Supervisor to join our Shared Services department. The Utilization Supervisor provides clinical oversight of child welfare cases for The Buckeye Ranch’s Permanent Family Solution Network (PFSN). This position is responsible for supervising the Utilization Management team; conducting clinical case reviews for Voluntary Protective Services (VPS) cases, Foster Care (FC) cases, and Child Residential Center (CRC) cases; and managing provider relations and care coordination for youth placed in congregate care settings.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure high-quality SARs are completed in a timely manner, with participation from families and case participants, and in accordance with state rules.
- Review and provides case recommendations to PFSN service teams for VPS cases, FC cases, and CRC cases.
- Manage provider relationships, conduct provider site visits, and ensure quality care coordination for PFSN youth placed in congregate care settings.
- Coordinate and facilitate case review meetings.
- Manage SAR calendar, ensuring that SARs are completed timely for all cases as required by state rules.
- Promote engagement of families and case plan participants in SAR meetings; ensure letters of invitation are sent out timely.

Who you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in human services, or related field.
- You are Ohio CORE trained.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
