- Have a positive, upbeat attitude about the product while on the job.
- Provide feedback on fit, fabric and comfort of all styles.
- Communicate promptly and effectively on a day-to-day basis (which includes schedule adjustments).
- Build a general awareness of measurement points/product education to help effectively communicate on the fit of each garment.
- Ability to continue to model is dependent on the Teammate’s consistent size match with the ongoing business needs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- No texting, snap chatting, emailing, etc. while on the clock unless approved.
- Make sure all product stays within the buying area.
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
