The Budd Group is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the private education sector. We are a privately held, family-owned company with over 60 years of experience revolutionizing the way organizations approach custodial, landscaping, and maintenance services. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the education market, we want you on our team!

Your Mission:

• Grow our client base by marketing our services to private K-12 schools and universities across a large territory (southeast United States).
• Prospect, schedule presentations, and close deals with key decision-makers.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals that address the unique needs of each school.
• Represent us at trade shows and events to connect with potential clients.
  
  

What You Need:

• 4 years of B2B sales experience with a history of exceeding quotas.
• Must have experience selling to K-12 schools or universities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in a digital CRM tool (like Salesforce.com)
• Willingness to travel 50-75% (in southeastern United States)
