What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development position at The Budd Group?
The Budd Group is a leading provider of commercial landscaping in the Charlotte area. We create and maintain beautiful landscapes for organizations from schools to HOA's to medical centers and industrial plants. We're on a mission to positively impact the environments where people live, learn, work, and play!
As a Business Development Manager, you'll connect with decision-makers at large businesses, securing contracts for our services. You'll prospect new clients, build relationships, and close deals.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and secure new clients in target markets (schools, HOA's, industrial, medical, etc.).
Build relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Meet/exceed sales quotas (we're aiming to double in size!).
Manage sales activities in Aspire system
Represent The Budd Group at industry events.
What You Need:
3 years of proven B2B sales success (service industry preferred).
Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills.
Experience with CRM software (Aspire a plus).
Valid driver's license.
